Our memory bears are created from your loved one’s own garments — each one unique, each one made with love. Soft, familiar, and deeply personal, they are a gentle way to keep those you love close at heart.

I will require 7-10 baby grows or similar to make, or at least 1-2 items of adult clothing. I can use most fabrics except anything too thick like thick denim or leather. Please note that I cannot work with fur items. If you are unsure of what items can be used just pop me over a photo and I can advise.

Whilst all keepsakes are interfaced to strengthen the fabric and double stitched to reinforce the seams, some heavier bears hold weight which will need supporting with both hands. They should be handled with extreme care and not be lifted from the head/arms or played with. All keepsakes contain small parts and should be kept out of reach of animals and children.
When making your keepsake, I will work carefully to include all the special parts of the items you send, however, if you have any specific requests about how your clothing is used, please include a note in your parcel when sending it to me. I will do everything I can to make your ideas work.

As an additional extra, the ashes of a loved one can be set in resin and added inside the bear or attached by ribbon to the outside.

Please note that due to the bespoke nature of these keepsakes, I am unable to safety test them. They are, therefore, sold as keepsakes for display purposes and NOT as toys. They should NOT be left unattended with a child under the age of 12 and are NOT meant for play purposes.

Keepsake bears are not suitable for hand or machine washing. They should be spot cleaned only by delicately wiping the surface with a damp cloth.

Bears are interfaced with a cotton woven interfacing which prevents your fabrics from stretching when stitched and stuffed. This also helps to reinforce weak fabrics so that your keepsakes will stand the test of time. I use 100% polyester stuffing which is fire retardant and tested to BS5852.

Due to the bespoke nature of your keepsakes, once I have started work on your keepsake, I am unable to return your clothing or issue a refund. Returns cannot be accepted.
