Delivery Information

At French Fancies, each item is handcrafted and often personalised just for you. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery and collection.



Processing Times

Most orders are personalised and made to order.

Production time is typically:

1–3 working days

During busy periods (seasonal peaks, holidays, promotions), this may extend slightly. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you.



Delivery Method

We use Evri for standard UK delivery.

Delivery time after dispatch is usually:

2–4 working days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier demand and location.



Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are calculated based on the size of the item(s) in your order.

When multiple items are ordered, the highest applicable delivery bracket will apply.

The delivery cost will always be clearly shown at checkout before payment.



Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information from Evri where available.

If you have not received tracking and would like an update, please contact us.



Collection (Free)

We offer free collection from Dartford.

If you select collection at checkout:
•No delivery charge will be applied.
•Collection details will be provided after payment.
•We will contact you when your order is ready.

Orders must be collected within a reasonable time unless agreed otherwise.



Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing checkout.

French Fancies cannot be held responsible for:
•Delays caused by incorrect addresses
•Parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately.



Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
•Courier issues
•Weather conditions
•Industrial action
•High seasonal demand

We will always do our best to assist if there is an issue with your parcel.



Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:
•Contact us within 48 hours
•Provide photographs of the packaging and item
•We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate

If your parcel appears lost, we will work with Evri to resolve the issue.



Because our items are personalised, we recommend ordering early if needed for a specific date
